Daily’s Premium Meats has decided to invest $95 million into creating a new bay for an expansion of their smoked meats wing that will create 115 new jobs.

The new expansion will more than double the current capacity and output at their St. Joseph, Mo. plant, allowing for greater flexibility and addition of new state of the art equipment to the northwest Missouri location. Construction should be completed by summer 2026.

Bacon is the game at Daily’s in St. Joseph. They currently produce 2.5% of the bacon in the USA. The expansion will take that to 5%. The new facility will include a larger smokehouse, which you’ll if you’re doubling your out put of bacon, larger food service area plus extra retail capacity.
