It’s time. For some of you it’s past time to get your ATV’s and side by sides out and into the mud on the trails. Missouri offers plenty of off-road park locations. Most are south of I-70, but a few are north of that divider.

Ray Rocks Off-Road Resort -

South of Rayville on MO-10 not far from Kansas City metro is Ray Rocks with varied terrains to enjoy, whether on ATV’s, side by sides or even dirt bikes. Camping sites also on this large area loads of trails to explore.

Pike’s Off-Road Park -      

North of Bowling Green on Mo. Pike County W, with lots of activities for ATV’s and side by sides including hill climb competitions and mud drags.

Smurfwood Trails -  

Southwest of Canton on Lewis county road 215, a mile and a half from route Z. Including 20 miles of trails for ATV’s and UTV’s (maximum width ’64) that include ATV sized covered bridges. Camping in tents, cabins or grain bin huts.

If you aren’t currently in the off-road lifestyle, find a friend (or make friends) with someone who is. Tag along and see if Missouri mudding is as fun as it seems. There are a few places in the northern half of Missouri to experience. Now go get dirty.
