Michael Rose – Former ‘Sandwich Artist’

I have had many jobs in my lifetime. Most of my working time has been in Radio, but I have also spent a nearly equal amount of time working in food service. On two occasions I have had the opportunity to work for Subway - once in 1992 in Urbana, IL, and once in 1997 in DeKalb, IL.

I have to say - out of all of the food service jobs I have had, Subway was the easiest.

I bring this up because tomorrow (Friday) I will be a the Grand Opening celebration of the new Subway next to the County Market Express in West Quincy. All day long they will offer a free 6" sub with the purchase of a 6" sub. I going to try to convince them to let me strap on the apron...for old times sake.
