Madd Hoss Jackson Playing ‘Down By the River’ in Hannibal

Madd Hoss Jackson takes their turn on stage at the Hannibal YMen's Club's "Down By the River" this month.

The band will be live at the YMen's Pavilion in downtown Hannibal Friday night, August 8. Gates open at 5:00 p.m. and music starts at 6:00 p.m.. The cost to get in is $5 and you must 21 or older to enter.

Food will be catered by the Hannibal Humane Society. Golden Eagle Distributing will have plenty of adult beverages available as well. Other sponsors include Abel's, Fiddlesticks, Terrill Construction and Hannibal National Bank.

Proceeds from the monthly concert series help with various projects at the Hannibal YMCA. This years project is replacing the gymnasium floor.

Custom Transit will be providing rides home for anyone needing one.

Madd Hoss Jackson's newest album 'Better With Time' is now available and features seven tracks, including the popular "Wide Texas Sky." The CD can be purchased at KICK-FM, 408 North 24th in Quincy, during regular business hours Monday through Friday. The band will also have copies available at the show.
