It has been well over a year now since the kids in the Quincy are have had a chance to get back up on stage and perform in front of a live audience, but all of that is about to change with Quincy Community Theatre's upcoming production of "The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane" and auditions are coming up!

Auditions for Quincy Community Theatre's upcoming youth production are later this month, they are scheduled for April 25th and 26th are for kids in grades 5th through 12th and all experience levels are encouraged to audition. The show is called "The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane" and according to 1qct.org the show is described as...

"Edward Tulane lives a charmed, but vain, life as an adored porcelain rabbit. Then, he is lost at sea. In his travels through the dark depths of the ocean floor to the bustling streets of the city, Edward discovers a heart is more fragile than the fine china he’s made of. And, perhaps, love is the most miraculous journey of all."

I highly recommend getting your kids involved in theatre, I was able to do theatre at a young age along with youth sports and it really helped me develop into who I am today, and you get to have a blast performing.
