I have said it before and I will say it again, I think getting kids involved with theatre at a young age is fantastic for their social development, you make new friends, you learn to overcome fears of being shy, and you get a chance to express yourself. Quincy Community Theatre is such a fantastic resource for our Tri-State community, I have been heavily involved in performing with them but the educational side of the theatre is just as important as what you see on stage. If you think your kid could eventually be on stage then this is a great way to introduce them to the brilliant community resource that is Quincy Community Theatre.
