Kroc Center & QPD to Host Public Safety Courses
The Kroc Center and the Quincy Police Department have teamed up to host a Public Safety Course. The 4-week course led by police officers and detectives of the Quincy Police Department will give the community a glimpse into how they work, as well as ways to keep the community as safe as possible.
The sessions include:
April 6: Overall Police Operations
April 13: Elder Abuse and Scams
April 20: Active Shooter Awareness
April 27: Crime Scene Investigations
The cost of the 4-week course is $10 for Kroc Center Members and $15 for non-members. Register online at KrocQuincy.org or stop by the Kroc Center located at 405 Vermont Street. The Kroc Center is open Monday-Friday 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
