Krazy Cakes to Re-Open In the ‘Near Future’

Looks like the Quincy favorite is coming back!

If you're like me, you were dismayed to learn Krazy Cakes had abruptly closed up operations two months ago which raised a lot of questions and caused a lot of disappointment to coffee and cupcake lovers across the Gem City. But good news, everyone! I was downtown for lunch this morning and noticed the following note on the 512 Hampshire storefront.

According to the note, Krazy Cakes will be re-opening “in the very near future” under new ownership. No exact date has been announced as of yet, but we’ll certainly be keeping an eye out and we’ll let you know as soon as we know more! We’ve been on a major caffeine withdrawl and seriously craving some French toast muffins lately anyway. This is going to make so many people happy. I can name at least 47 of them off the top of my head.

New owners stress they "remain committed to providing the same local tradition that Krazy Cakes has always been known for.” Which means all the delicious coffees and baked goods we've known and loved for years from Krazy Cakes. I can't wait!
