Kids can Learn Archery

Get your kids signed up to Explore Archery this Summer!

Summer 2020 is different then any other Summer I have ever experienced, I can't imagine how hard it is for all the young kids and teens out there who really can't comprehend why some of their favorite Summer activities have been cancelled. Well not all of Summer 2020 is cancelled as kids ages 8+ have the opportunity to "Explore Archery" thanks to Gardner Camp in partnership with Delta Waterfowl.

On the "Explore Archery" Facebook event page (which you can see by clicking here) they say...

"Learn the basics of archery while experiencing fun and interactive challenges shooting colorful targets on our static range. Also, try your hand at shooting our 3-D animal targets as we wind through the woods! You might see a skunk, turkey or even a fish out of water!...Youth of any experience level may attend. Guided by USA Archery instructors, participants will learn archery safety, proper shooting form and how to be successful in hitting your target! Registration required. There is no cost to register and is limited to 10 youth per session."

I absolutely loved archery as a kid, going to summer camp in Wisconsin and getting to shoot arrows for hours every day was so much fun! I am so glad that the kids here in Adams county have an opportunity to learn archery and have fun with it this summer, when so much else has been cancelled.
