A new ranking released the most disgusting foods in Missouri and in the nation and it's no surprise that anchovies top the list followed by black licorice and oysters. Now, I have never, and will never, have any of these items but there are people out there (far, few, and in between) who happen to love one of not all of these delicacies. Out of the three, I think Oysters would be the one that people like the most.

Most people who use anchovies use them for hors d'oeuvres or some may even put them on pizza (insert green emoji), again NO THANK YOU! I wonder if you have ever tasted and if you love anchovies what do you use them for?

The top reasons for hating all of these food items include aspects about their smell, flavor, texture, appearance, and how people feel after eating them.

There are other foods that American's just can't stand some include:

  • Beets
  • Okra
  • Coconut
  • Pickles
  • Mayo

Besides coconut, pickles, and mayo I am going to pass on the other two. Maybe I am a picky eater or maybe I don't want to throw up the meal I am trying to enjoy, Whatever the case may be you can count me out of the three most disgusting foods. Who's with me?
