A certain place in Illinois makes the list for "15 Best Places to Visit in September" and I have to completely agree with this list!

September is here and that means fall is right around the corner, there are certain places in the world that just look, and feel different as the seasons begin to change from summer to fall. And according to usnews.com there are some elite places in the world to travel to during the month of September and one of them is here in the Land of Lincoln.

Chicago, IL makes the list of the 15 Best Places to Visit in September according to usnews.com. Their list has Chicago ranked as the 10th best spot on the list, the top spot is the Grand Canyon, followed by Big Sur in Southern California, and third place goes to Honolulu, Hawaii. Some of the other places on the list include Prague, Vancouver, San Francisco, and Fiordland in New Zealand. In the article they say this about Chicago...

I certainly agree with Chicago being in the top 10 best places to visit in the month of September, having lived in Chicago for 5 years I can tell you the Summers by the lake are incredible, BUT the early fall with the leaves changing in Lincoln Park is just incredible. You wont be disappointed if you take a fall weekend getaway to the Windy City this month, I promise you that!
