Hy-Vee is Helping the Washington Theater
Hy-Vee is stepping up to help out the Washington Theater in Quincy, here is how you play a part!
The restoration of the Washington Theater in downtown Quincy is vital to bringing back massive economic growth not only Quincy, but the entire Tri-States. Well on the Washington Theater's Facebook page today they announced a partnership with Hy-Vee to help them raise money, they said...
"HYVEE to Donate $1 from "My Heart" bag purchase to the Washington Theater all month!(May 2020)...Yes, you can't currently use these bags during your grocery shopping because of COVID-19 however you can purchase them!
In this time of uncertainty due to COVID-19, supporting local non-profits has never been more important. As you make essential trips to the grocery store, you can purchase a $2.50 reusable Red, "My Heart" Bag at the Hy-Vee stores located in Quincy. In May $1 from the purchase of these bags will go to the Washington Theater."

To have a space where bands, comedians, theatre, and so much more can perform and bring money into the local economy is important.
