Hannibal Municipal Court Changes Begin Wednesday

If you have an upcoming case in Hannibal Municipal Court, there are some changes you should know about.

Beginning this week, there will be four options for you to deal with your municipal court proceedings.

Officials say you can sign the Guilty Plea and Motion to Waive Appearance form and pay your fine prior to your court date, you can appear in person at the Admiral Coontz

Recreation Center and view the judge and prosecutor by video conference, you can join the judge and prosecutor on video conference from home, or you can join your hearing by phone.

The Hannibal Municipal Court meets each Wednesday.
