Father’s Day Weekend Events!

It is Father's Day weekend! The last thing you want to do is not be able to treat your dad to a fun filled weekend activity for Father's Day, here is a list of some great events to take your dad to this Father's Day weekend.

Blues in the District: The 22nd season of Blues in the District kicks off on Friday the 14th at Washington Park in downtown Quincy. This free to the public event starts at 5:30pm and goes until 9:30pm, and you'll get to listen to music from Harper and Midwest Kind. Perfect event to grab the lawn chairs, fill a cooler with your dad's favorite beer and hangout with the family.

Gems vs Hoots: If your Dad is a baseball, you can take him ta the latest addition of the Great River Rivalry between the Hannibal Hoots and the Quincy Gems. The game is Friday the 14th at Quincy University Stadium, and first pitch is at 7:05pm. Now if you cant make it to the game Friday night don't worry, the Quincy Gems have two more games at home this weekend Saturday night at 7:05pm and Sunday night at 6:35pm both games against Cape.

Quincy Raceways: No better way to cap off Father's Day weekend then at the Race Track! Sunday the 16th you can see Wingless Sprints, MODS, and Cruisers all take to the track. For more information or to purchase tickets click here!
