2020 has been so difficult for all of us across the Tri-States and the country, with the holidays finally upon us we need to do everything we can to be "merry and bright" and spread that holiday cheer. So help out the Marion County Public Library spread cheer by creating a Christmas card for the residents of the Maple Lawn Nursing Home.

On the Palmyra MO Chamber of Commerce Facebook page they posted about an opportunity we have to help spread holiday cheer by sending Christmas Cards to the residents of Maple Lawn Nursing Home, in the post they say...

"Our Marion County Public Library needs your help! Craft kits available for children and adults to make Christmas cards for Maple Lawn Nursing Home residents. All you have to do is pick up a craft kit, decorate your cards and bring them back to the library by December 18. Librarians will drop them off to be distributed to the residents. Express your creativity! Call 573-769-2830 to pick up a kit or request one to be added to your curbside order."

What a wonderful way to help make someone's holiday a little bit brighter and more special! If you have kids and are looking for a creative fun way to get them more involved with giving back during the holidays I couldn't think of a better way then to grab one of these kits and make a card for someone who will really appreciate it!
