According to the travel website, Chicago ranks at number 4 on their list of  10 Best US States to Celebrate the Most Iconic Christmas. Chicago ranks only behind Denver in first, followed by Savannah (Georgia) in second, and Seattle coming in third. So what about Chicago makes it an iconic place to celebrate Christmas? On the site they say...

"If it's snowing during the holidays, then Chicago is the perfect destination. I will say that I have a ton of bias in writing this, being a born and raised Chicagoan who lived in the city as an adult for 5 years, Chicago is the best city in the US for Christmas time in my opinion. The Christkindlmarket, the Magnificent Mile shopping, Millenium Park's mega Christmas tree, Navy Pier's Christmas celebrations, the list goes on and on of the things that make Christmas time in the US's 3rd largest city.
