Located in Peoria the Kellehers On Water isn't waiting for the March 4th Mardi Gras holiday to be here, they are celebrating every weekend in February.

Looks like a fun party, and if you aren't able to make it down to New Orleans this year this place seems to be the next best choice to celebrate Mardi Gras. I have never been to a Mardi Gras party (I know...lame) but this place seems to know how to do it right.
