Breakthrough Artist of the Week: Michael Tyler

Each Friday at 9:30am, KICK-FM will feature an artist on the rise during the Breakthrough Artist of the Week, brought to you by Glass One Quincy.

Michael Tyler as a singer is a name you may not be familiar with. Michael Tyler the songwriter, however, has already visited the top of the charts with Dierks Bentley's "Somewhere on a Beach." The Missouri native has made a career out of impressing everyone he's crossed paths with, including record execs who caught him performing in downtown Nashville when he was just a teenager. This led to songwriting gigs for Dierks and Jason Aldean, and subsequently landing a record deal. His debut album 317 came out this past March 17th (3/17...
