Here's How You Can Pick the Best Missouri BBQ Restaurant

How can you pick just one? Well, that’s exactly what the folks over at USA Today want Missourians to do: they want you to choose the top ten BBQ restaurants in the state.

But how is that even possible? There’s no way to pick just one, especially in the Kansas City area. So, I challenge all of you to head to Kansas City and try all 20 restaurants that are up for bragging rights. That way, you can make your own judgment about which is truly the best.

While I’ve only been to three of the 20 nominees, I’m pretty sure they all taste amazing. Some are known for their sauces, others for their spices, and one stands out for its legacy in the Kansas City area. But they all have one thing in common: they’re delicious.

Now, I have to admit, I’m not the biggest BBQ fan. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good pulled chicken sandwich or turkey, but it’s the sides that win my heart. I’m a sides girl, so if you have the best baked beans, mashed potatoes, or veggies, sign me up.
