95 New COVID-19 Cases in Adams County; Positivity Rate Down

The Adams County Health Department reported 95 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 Tuesday, ranging in age from under 20 to over 80.

There have now been 4,490 coronavirus cases in Adams County, with 88 hospitalized, age 20s to 90s, 14 in intensive care and 43 deaths.

The good news is the preliminary seven-day positivity rate for cases as a percent of total tests has dropped to 6.52%.

Rapid COVID testing opportunities in Adams County Wednesday include the Shopko parking lot from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and at the Emergency Services Building in Mt. Sterling from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
