A total of 134 new cases of COVID 19 were reported by health department officials in northeast Missouri Thursday.

The Marion County Health Department reports 64 new coronavirus cases. That makes a total of 2,037 cases, with 313 active, 15 hospitalized and 23 deaths.

Officials in Lewis County reported 37 new COVID cases. They point out that a number of those new cases came from tests done in Adams County since November 19th and are just now being reported.

The Lewis County case total is now 651, with 73 active and ten deaths.

Shelby County reports 31 new coronavirus cases since Tuesday. Their case total is now 371, with 65 active, three hospitalized and two deaths.

Officials in Clark County report two new positive COVID cases, bringing their total to 485, with 26 active, one hospitalized and 20 deaths.

 

Along with Adams County’s 55 new COVID-19 cases Thursday, 52 additional new confirmed cases were reported by health department officials in western Illinois.

The Hancock County Health Department reported 24 new coronavirus cases Thursday. Their case total is now 1,001, with 264 isolated, eight hospitalized and 17 deaths.

Officials in Pike County reported 21 new COVID cases, along with one additional death, a male in his 60s.

The Pike County case total is now 986, with 129 active, 16 hospitalized and 30 deaths.

Brown County reports seven new COVID cases since Tuesday. Brown County has had 337 coronavirus cases, with 80 active and five deaths.
