Over the weekend while I was at Twain on Main, I was not only taken back by all of the people who showed up, but also reminded on how lucky we are to have Hannibal in the Tri-States.

I think we take for granted the incredible sites and historical places to visit in Hannibal, because well we can go and do those things anytime. Well, I am making it a mission this summer to see all of these 15 sites to visit in Hannibal (and you should too). Everything from Mark Twain's Boyhood Home, to the Mark Twain Cave, and Rockcliffe Mansion, there really is something magical about spending the afternoon in Hannibal.

Filled with so much history, if you're a history buff and enjoy exploring and taking adventures, Hannibal really is the town for that. Now more than ever, we need to support all of the businesses in Hannibal and Quincy to get them back on their feet after having such a hard year. I mean why travel two-hours to visit somewhere, when you can just drive 20 minutes and be in a completely different world. Even if you think you know EVERYTHING there is about Mark Twain, Tom Sawyer, and the cave, think again. I find myself learning more and more about Mark Twain every time I take a tour.

I took noticed this weekend during the Twain on Main event all of the places I still need to visit, or visit again because it’s been years since I've seen the mansion, or the boyhood home. So, I challenge you to go take a day and eat, drink, and site see all of the amazing places Hannibal has to offer.
