Weekend COVID-19 Related Deaths in Pike IL, Brown Counties

More COVID-19 related deaths were reported by a couple of area health department over the weekend.

The Pike County, Illinois Health Department Friday reported three new coronavirus related deaths, 2 females in their 80s and a male in his 90s.

That makes 19 COVID related deaths in Pike County.

On Saturday, the Brown County Health Department announced the death of a Brown County resident from a coronavirus related illness, a male in his 60s.

Pike County’s last update listed 145 active cases, with 56 COVID cases still active in Brown County.
