How long would you wait for a brand new type of burger? If you're in Kansas City during the grand opening of the new What-a-Burger, the answer is very very long as new video shows a line miles long.

As we recently shared, Missouri is getting its first What-a-Burger thanks to Kansas City Chief quarterback Patrick Mahomes. KSDK in St. Louis reported that the first location opened this Monday, November 15 in Lee's Summit, Missouri and the video shows a staggering line of vehicles that wound all the way back from the restaurant to the on-ramp from the highway.

I realize it's hard to determine scale from that video, but the line trails all the way back to the highway and continues miles down the street to approximately where the arrow is.

Is any restaurant worth this kind of devotion? As Wikipedia mentions, What-a-Burger became famous for the fact that they go all-out on burgers where customers can actually see them grilling.

If you are willing to drive 3 hours then wait another couple on top of that, this Missouri What-a-Burger is located at 1460 NE Douglas in Lee's Summit. If you road trip, let us know if it was worth it.
