I’ve been to Garth several times and it’s absolutely charming. There is so much rich history there. Walking through the rooms gives you a real feel of life in the early 1900’s. Many of the antique furniture and period pieces will stay with the house upon its sale.

Garth Mansion is prime real estate for sure, but it comes at a pretty prime price. The estimated monthly mortgage is $10,629. It’s out of my budget range, but if nothing else, you can spend the night or a weekend there and feel like the lord of the manor.
