Think You Know of the Freakiest House in Hannibal?

Hannibal Parks & Recreation Department is giving the Hannibal community a chance to enter their FREAKIEST contest yet!

Think you have what it takes to be the scariest house or business on the block? Well, the Hannibal Parks & Recreation Department wants you to prove it. Enter their Freaky Friday House Decorating contest for Halloween. Families and individuals are encouraged to go all out and decorate their house (or place of business) to celebrate Halloween.

Judges will be judging the following criteria: most creative, scariest, and overall display. Judges will include the Hannibal Mayor and other city officials. Entries must be submitted by 5 PM October 26th and judging will be October 27th. The contest is open to all Hannibal residents. Winners will be announced in the Saturday (October 28th) edition of the Hannibal Courier-Post.
