The State of Missouri’s Largest Book Fair is full of Rare Books
The Greater St. Louis Book Fair is back this July and if you or someone you know loves books, comics books, and rare books then you have got to check out the Largest Charity Book Fair in the Midwest.
Book fair day as a kid in elementary school was always one of the top 5 best days of the school year, never as great as field day but close, and the supersized adult version of the book fair is coming to the St. Louis area this July and it promises to have rare and collectible books.
It's called the Great St. Louis Book Fair and according to their website, it is going on July 14th through the 17th at Kennedy Recreation Center at 6050 Wells Road in St. Louis. On their website they say...
"...you can get some hardback and paperback books, but in addition to that, Greater St. Louis Book Fair sells records, CDs, DVDs, comics and ephemera...We also have hundreds of rare and collectible items that are located in the Collector's Corner section at the fair. Our inventory includes first editions, limited editions, out of print editions, signed copies and other treasures."

Now they do say that books are sold on a first come first serve basis so if you're trying to get to that rare stuff you may want to get there early on the 14th, but if you are looking for something fun to do with the kids this summer you should take them down there and encourage them to find a book to read for the summer!
