The Illinois State Fair’s Highest Priced Ticket is to see Who?

According to the Illinois State Fair website, when you go to the grandstand lineup to see who is playing what days, it also shows you how expensive tickets are to each show. So I started digging and comparing numbers and was a little surprised when I saw who had the highest ticket prices for the Illinois State Fair.

Toby Keith has the highest ticket prices for this years 2021 Illinois State Fair Grandstand lineup, if you want a seat in the best section (the track) you'll have to cough up $59 per ticket. He is playing on Sunday night August 15th, with special guest Craig Morgan.

The next highest priced ticket is Kane Brown at $58 (for track seating) for Friday, August 13th, followed by a tie for 3rd place at $50 a ticket for Brett Young with Russell Dickerson on Friday, August 20th and Brett Michaels with Dee Snider on Saturday. August 21st. And then the person who I would personally like to see the most Chris Young comes in at $47 on Tuesday, August 17th.

Honestly I would have guessed Chris Young tickets would be the most expensive, he is a current country music star with multiple number one hits, BUT he is playing on a Tuesday night. Where as Kane Brown a current superstar, and Toby Keith a country legend are playing on weekend nights. Which show would you want to see the most?
