There have already been some terrific summer country concerts in our area, and the upcoming county fairs have booked great talent. One of the entertainers we'll be seeing is Clay Walker, who will appear in Bowling Green at the Pike County Fair. Clay's resume' is incredible. He's charted 17 Top 10 hits, six of which have made it to No. 1. If you look at the track listing of his Greatest Hits album, you can probably sing every song. Out of all of those hits, which Clay Walker song is the best of all-time?

Here are my top three, based solely on personal preference:

This Woman and This Man

You don't hear a lot of country songs like this anymore. To be honest, it's the only slow Clay Walker song I can think of off the top of my head (though I'm sure he has done a few more!). It kind of reminds me of something that George Strait might have recorded.

What's It To You

Clay's first chart single. It went all the way to No. 1. What a way to start a career! And according to Clay, "It barely made the album." It's one of those fun upbeat songs that he would continue to find success with throughout his career.

Dreamin' With My Eyes Wide Open

Trying to narrow down my list to only three is a pretty difficult task. I think I'm going with 'Dreamin' With My Eyes Wide Open' as my third choice because I not only like it, but also happen to know an interesting fact about the song. It was written by songwriter Tony Arata, who has also worked with Garth Brooks, notably on a song you may have heard of: 'The Dance.'
