Kentucky

I want to be clear that I love the people of Kentucky and I don't want anyone there to misunderstand what I'm about to share. But, the poorest county in Illinois based on new data really should just be a part of Kentucky. I'll explain why.

I think sometimes the internet forgets that real people live in the places they rank as the worst involving whatever. This is a great example. A new declaration of the worst county in Illinois is a sad example where real people live in poverty and it really should just be given to Kentucky.

If you're up for a true adventure, you can do something in Missouri that few people in the world can do. You can take a day trip from the Show Me State to the absolutely most guarded location anywhere.

It might be a good time to find that tin foil hat if you have one. I've come across a theory that there is an entrance into a civilization that exists inside the Earth and it lies right across the border from Missouri.

I laughed harder at this than I probably should have, but you might too. It's the state that Missouri is allegedly most similar to. If Missouri had a cousin, I guess this neighboring state would be it.

There's an outrageous new movie that's about to be released about a bear that gets into a ton of cocaine and then goes on a rampage. Believe it or not, the story is true and it kind of began in the Midwest way back in 1985.

You really need to experience it to understand how surprisingly terrifying it is. It's the bridge that leads from Illinois to Kentucky. It's see-through, has a curve and makes weird sounds when you drive across it.

It was a series of murders that remained unsolved for 30 years. Now, police have identified the man they believe was responsible for murders along I-65 in the late 1980's and early 1990's.

My girlfriend and I took a road trip recently to add to our "state list". Well, let me rephrase that. It was to add to her state list. I had already visited all of the states we drove through except one.
