The Missouri Job Center is a part of a "Virtual Job Fair"

Since March when the coronavirus started spreading wild throughout the United States millions of Americans have lost their jobs, as states like Missouri, and Iowa begin to reopen and get back to work, employers are looking to hire! The traditional "Job Fair" isn't conducive to keeping social distancing guidelines so the Missouri Job Center has stepped up to host a Virtual Job Fair.

The Virtual Job Fair is scheduled to for this Thursday, May 14th, starting at 9 am and goes all the way until 2 pm. You can join this virtual job fair a couple different ways, either by calling in at 650-479-3207 and then using the access code 805 110 391, or you can join the call using video by visiting stateofmo.webex.com/join/courtney.a.hall

Now this specific Virtual Job Fair is for a children services role they say on their Facebook post "Do you have a passion and a drive to protect children, strengthen families, and help build a better future?" Also you do need to have a bachelor's degree for the positions they are seeking. To see the complete post and learn more about this virtual job fair opportunity click here!

I think the most important challenge facing us as a country is doing everything we can to get these millions of Americans reemployed, so any creative opportunities to give someone a chance to get a new job and join back in the workforce is a total win! If you know of anyone who is doing job fairs, or virtual job fairs, let us know so we can help spread the work about openings!
