Seen Any Kangaroos in Palmyra, Lately?

Sometimes people see strange things. Remember MoMo the Missouri Monster? What about the kangaroo in Palmyra? It's hard to believe, but over a year has gone by since the sightings of a possible kangaroo in Palmyra, Missouri.

Some believe that what people saw was not a kangaroo, but a deer. Others wrote it off entirely as a hoax. If it was a kangaroo, as far as we know, it is still at large.

Whatever it was, it sure made for funny topical conversation. It's still fun to consider. And if you think about out, on the scale of unknown creature sightings - which could have included goat-sucking chupacabras, bigfoot or Mothman - a kangaroo doesn't seem so bad.
