According to St. Louis Magazine, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer the Musical is coming to the Fox Theatre for one night only this Saturday, December 23rd. It is only playing for one day but there are multiple showings on Saturday, the musical is written off of the iconic stop motion movie, and on the website, they say...

"Based on the beloved stop-motion animation TV special, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer the Musical comes to the Fabulous Fox for one night only, with three shows on Saturday. Watch for your favorite character (ahem, Yukon Cornelius) come to life onstage. The music and lyrics are by Johnny Marks. Showtimes are 1 p.m., 4 p.m., and 7 p.m. See website for tickets. Fox Theatre, 527 N. Grand."

The Musical

I had no idea there even was a Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer the Musical, and so I wanted to get more information on what it looks and sounds like. I found this video on YouTube and the show looks fantastic! I love that the characters are in big costumes that look exactly like the characters in the stop-motion movie.
