One Restaurant and Bar is For Sale

Ever wanted to own a restaurant? Well here’s your chance to buy one. And by that, I mean, here’s your chance to…buy “One”. Got it?

The Spencer Schelp-Happel Professional Real Estate Services Facebook page posted three images of the iconic site on Friday along with an asking price of $645,000.

The page specifies that One will continue “Business as usual until buyers are found”.
Noi and Tenille Sonethongkham opened One in 2011 having previously owned Taste of Thai at 3726 Broadway.

Since its creation in 1913, the former movie theatre has undergone several changes and owners. It finally closed in 1999 and was donated to the Assembly of God church by the Kerasotes family who sold it to the One developers in 2009 for $79,000 according to a 2010 article in the Herald-Whig.
