One of the 10 Best Brewpubs in the US is in Missouri

Brewpubs are on the rise in the United States, and apparently, one of the best ones in the country is located right here in Missouri.

What is a Brewpub? According to Merriam-webster.com, a brewpub is...

"a restaurant that sells beverages brewed on the premises"

Pretty simple right? It is a place that sells food and beer, but they have to sell beer that they are brewing in that location, a great local example of a brewpub in the Tri-States is the Mark Twain Brewing Company. These brewpubs are exploding across the country and apparently, one of the ten best in the US is located in St. Louis, Missouri.

The place is called Urban Chestnut Grove Brewery & Bierhall, and it comes in at number 10 on the list of gayot.com's 2022 Best Top Ten Brewpubs in the USA. Urban Chestnut is located at 4465 Manchester Ave. in St. Louis, and according to the list what makes them special is the large indoor beer hall (or in German...Bierhall), they say...

" ...a couple dozen beers on tap, accompanied by a menu of homeland favorites like currywurst, pretzels, schnitzel and "Berliner" donuts as well as eclectic North American offerings --- oysters, kale salad, pork rinds, and a daily rotation of poutine..."

I wanted to learn more about Urban Chestnut Grove Brewery & Bierhall so I went to their website and I got to be honest this place looks incredible! The beers they have on taps like the Urban Underdog American Lager, and the Forest Park Pilsner look delicious, and the atmosphere seems perfect for going on a date or with a group of friends.
