Missouri Homeowner Shoots -Porky Pigging- Intruder
A 47 year old guy with no pants on was arrested in St. Louis County after being shot in the chest following attacking a man in his home.
The pant-less man from Wellston broke into a north St. Louis County home in Hanley Hills (just north of University City) early in the morning just before dawn Tuesday Sept 17 and was standing over a couple who were asleep in bed. The two awoke to see the intruder standing there sans pants and the husband ordered the trespasser to leave while grabbing a pistol. The homeowner/husband then shoved the snooper who refused to leave saying “you’ll have to shoot me,” he then lunged at the husband. The two struggled and the homeowner shot the no pants home invader in the chest.
After being shot the bottomless infiltrator said “Alright man, don’t shoot me no more,” then left the house bleeding. Police found him in the backyard with the gunshot wound to his chest. At that time he was arrested and has since been charged with fourth degree assault and first degree burglary. It was then that officers found the missing pants on the back porch. Bond has been set at $250,000.
Neither the husband or wife nor their children were hurt. The invader came in through an unlocked back door.
Investigators don’t know why the intruder, who was shot and arrested went “Porky Pigging” into the home in the first place.
Missouri law maintains a homeowners right to protect themselves, particularly within their home.
