If you've ever wanted to learn some simple, easy dance moves, but weren't sure how or where to start, Hannibal Parks & Recreation invites you onto the dance floor, but don't worry, they'll take the lead.

Throughout the month of March, Hannibal Parks will offer partner dance classes every Wednesday evening from 7p-8p at the Admiral Coontz Recreational Center. The first class will focus on the waltz, but throughout the month you'll also learn swing moves, cha-cha, jive and more. Classes are taught by Bluff City Theatre choreographer David Jameson, and are just five dollars per person per class.

I've taken dance recreational dance classes in high school, college and again just a few years. Just to learn some steps, maybe increase mobility and agility. It's a good, fun work out. I highly recommend it. And of course you'll know a few dance steps in case you're ever at a wedding, or fancy ball, or find yourself in an 80s movie where you have to save the youth center from an land developer in a dance battle.

I've seen it happen a million times. OK! Fine... I've just seen Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo a million times (who hasn't?).
