It's no secret that law enforcement is not an easy job, but it's also not a dull one. Take for example a Ralls County deputy who suddenly had to become a cattle rustler Thursday morning when a cow went rogue.

Ralls County Sheriff Brad Stinson shared this fun video today of Corporal Shaun Shadwell. The cow had escaped his pasture and decided to go on a "most excellent adventure" minus Bill and Ted.

I'm not sure, but it seams to me that Deputy Shadwell has made a new friend. He might have a hard time convincing that cow not to follow him home.

It's nice to be able to enjoy a light-hearted moment like this especially when there's so many serious issues that law enforcement has to deal with on a daily basis. I also appreciate that life in Ralls and Marion County can consistently give us fun cattle moments thanks to the rich agricultural heritage of the tri-state area.

I forgot to ask Sheriff Stinson if the cow's name was Norman. Asking for a City Slickers friend.
