ExScream Nightmarez	810 Main	Keokuk, Iowa	Haunted House	$7 admission. Open Friday and Saturday nights in October beginning Oct. 9. 6-10pm. Entrance in the rear of the building. 15 room maze staffed by all volunteers. 100% handicap accessible.
Estes Park	5th & Main	Keokuk, Iowa	"Plague Parade" Zombie Walk	Oct. 9 at Estes Park. 5pm registration. 6pm contest followed by walk. Entry fee is a non-perishable food item. Six major prizes, including a $100 grand prize for best zombie. 319-313-1950.
Rand Park	N. 17th and Park Ln.	Keokuk, Iowa	Fright Fest	Fright Night on Sat, Oct 17 from 4-7p. at Rand Park. There will be candy giveaways, hayrides, face painting, story tellers. Lots of activities for kids and the lighted pumpkin launch at the Rand Park pond. Children are encouraged to wear their costumes and Walgreens will be taking photos. Food will be available for purchase.

Keokuk Public Library	210 N. 5th Street	Keokuk, Iowa	Late Night Picture Show	Oct. 23 8-10pm. "Insane Mike" Saunders will lead the crowd through the audience participation. Free prop bags will be provided in limited quantities. Content is inappropriate for children. Parental discretion is advised. Free Popcorn will be provided by the KPL Foundation.
