It's that time...we are getting announcements of who will be coming to the Illinois State Fair and we have the first country artists announcement.

Jordan Davis will be headlining the grandstand at the state fair on Tuesday, August 13 special guests Ashley Cooke and King Calaway. Tickets will go on sale on Saturday, February 10th on Ticketmaster.

Davis is best known for his hits Buy Dirt, Next Thing You Know, Singles You Up and more. King Calaway might be a band that you are familiar with. They were in Hannibal last summer for the National Tom Sawyer Days and opened for Gabby Barrett.

This announcement is one of many that should be coming within the next few weeks. Who would you like to see at this year's Illinois State Fair?

The state fair will take place in Springfield, Illinois from August 8 through August 18, and with more artists being announced soon it will be hard to wait until August.
