Students enrolling in or returning to Culver Stockton College this fall will be required to have been vaccinated against COVID-19.

Culver officials announced Wednesday that, in order to return to campus in August, students will have to get their COVID vaccinations.

Dean of Students Chris Gill says the decision was made with both students and the community in mind, noting that Culver already has vaccine requirements for diseases like Measles and Meningitis and will be adding COVID-19 to that list.

Officials also say there will be exemptions available for those who have medical or religious reasons for not getting the vaccine and will need to file paperwork with the college to get the exemption.
