When was the last time you went to Branson? Country music fans will recognize several names scheduled to make special appearances this fall. Clint Black, Diamond Rio, John Michael Montgomery, Neal McCoy, Kenny Rogers and the Charlie Daniels Band are all among the acts booked to play in Branson. 

Lee Greenwood will be at the Moon River Theater September 27 - 28. Greenwood is an ACM, CMA and Grammy winner. His 1985 hit 'God Bless the USA' won the CMA Song of the Year award, and has gone on to become one of the most-recognizable patriotic songs ever written. $44.80 is the ticket price for the Lee Greenwood performances.

Diamond Rio will be at the Oak Ridge Boys Theater on October 5. The show will begin at 8 p.m. Tickets are $45. Diamond Rio "has sold over 10 million albums earning three platinum and five gold records and won the Country Music Association’s Vocal Group of the Year award four times as well as netting two Academy of Country Music Awards in the top Vocal Group of the Year category and thirteen Grammy nominations."

Clint Black, country hit-maker and former Celebrity Apprentice contestant, will perform for two nights, on October 4 and 5 at the Moon River Theater, 2500 West Highway 76. According to the Moon River Theater, "Black has written, recorded and released more than 100 songs, a benchmark in any artist’s career." Tickets for the show are $54.66.

One of the most successful American singers of all-time, Kenny Rogers, will be at the Oak Ridge Boys Theater on October 11 and November 10. Both shows will be at 8 p.m. and tickets will be $55. Rogers has been recording since the 1950s, and will be releasing his latest album, 'You Can't Make Old Friends,' which will include a new duet with Dolly Parton, on October 8.

Neal McCoy has several dates scheduled in October, November and December at the Oak Ridge Boys Theater. October 17, 23, 24 and November 21 he'll perform at 3 p.m., and on October 3,4, 18, 31, November 1, 22 and December 6 and 7 he will be the 8 p.m. performer. Tickets to all Neal McCoy shows are $43.50. Neal McCoy is known for such country hits as 'Wink,' 'No Doubt About It,' 'The Shake' and 'Billy's Got His Beer Goggles On.'

The Charlie Daniels Band will be coming to the Oak Ridge Boys Theater on November 8. 'The Devil Went Down to Georgia,' 'In America,' 'Long Haired Country Boy' and 'The South's Gonna Do It Again' are just a few of the hits the Charlie Daniels Band has released throughout their long career. The November 8 show in Branson will be at 8 p.m., tickets are $55.

John Michael Montgomery is another artist that will be coming to the Oak Ridge Boys Theater. His concert is scheduled for October 26 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $43.50. John Michael Montgomery first broke into country radio in 1992 with “Life’s A Dance.” Since then he has gone on to sell 18 million albums. He has had 36 hit singles, 18 in the top ten, 15 of them reaching number one. John Michael has received two Billboard Country Singles of the Year, four ACM Awards, two CMA Awards, one AMA Award, and three Grammy nominations.

Other concerts of note: John Anderson, Sawyer Brown, Don Williams, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Ronnie Milsap and, of course, the Oak Ridge Boys, will have performances this fall at the Oak Ridge Boys Theater.

Randy Travis had been scheduled for a concert at the Moon River Theater, but that show has been postponed because of Randy's recent health scare.

Marty Stuart will be at the RFD-TV Theater on October 18, then Charlie Pride will be there on October 25. Steve Wariner and Jeannie Seely are going to be at the RFD-TV Theater on November 17.

David Frizzell and Shelly West are performing on November 2 at the Americana Theatre. John Conlee and Bobby Bare will also be at the Americana Theater, on November 9.
