Clark County Crash Leaves Keokuk Woman Dead
The Missouri State Patrol reports a car crash in Clark County has left a Keokuk woman dead. The crash happened on Highway 136, 3 miles west of Wayland at 2:08 p.m. Saturday.
Troopers report an eastbound car driven by 68-year-old Ann K. Atterberg of Keokuk, Iowa ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree. Atterberg was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 3 p.m.
Missouri Highway Patrol officials say this is the 24th fatality this year in the Troop B area of Northeast Missouri.
