
Recall Alert: Ice Cream Pulled from Shelves in Missouri
The FDA has issued a major recall on thousands of ice cream products due to incorrect labeling that could pose a serious health risk to many Missouri consumers.
Contaminated Ice Cream Recalled
Breyers Ice Cream has announced a recall of over 6,000 ice cream tubs due to incorrect labeling. The recall, issued on June 2, 2025, states that “due to undeclared allergens and mislabeled product,” several flavors are being pulled from shelves.
According to Today, Rocky Road ice cream was mistakenly packaged in containers labeled as Chocolate Truffle. This mix-up poses a serious health risk for consumers with peanut allergies who may eat the product without realizing it contains peanuts.

Breyers Ice Cream Recall Details
Check your fridge now for recall number H-0017-2025 and code JUL1026GB3, UPC 077567457288. This recall is classified as a Class II recall, meaning there’s a lower chance of causing serious injury, but there is still a risk to consumers if the product is consumed.
