Breakthrough Artist of the Week: Tyler Rich

Each Friday at 9:30am, KICK-FM will feature an artist on the rise during the Breakthrough Artist of the Week.

Tyler Rich grew up in a Northern California farming community, listening to and jamming out to everything from Creedence Clearwater Revival to Alan Jackson to Tom Petty to George Strait. When he was 14, he was gifted his first guitar, and from there it's been nothing but music, while also getting a degree in Economics. But his heart was in songwriting and performing, and has gone on to be a popular rising country star in his home state, before landing a Nashville record deal and sharing the stage with the likes of Dustin Lynch, Brett Eldredge, Cole Swindell and more.
