Breakthrough Artist of the Week: Ayla Brown

Each Friday at 9:30am, KICK-FM will feature an artist on the rise during the Breakthrough Artist of the Week, brought to you by Glass One Quincy.

Ayla Brown has a little bit more experience than our normal Breakthrough Artists, having been a contestant on American Idol's season 5 (the year Taylor Hicks won), and cutting an album shortly afterward. Ayla Brown took some time off to attend Boston College, but over the past decade, has returned to music, and now has her sights set on country and Americana.
