Big Slick ’25 to Sizzle in Missouri for Charity in May
Friday and Saturday May 30-31 Kansas City will be home to the most celebrities between Los Angeles and New York.
Big Slick ’25 will bring big stars, big fun, and big money to Children’s Mercy Hospital’s pediatric cancer research.
What started as a celebrity poker event in 2010 has blossomed into a two day event with a celebrity softball game before the Royals play the Detroit Tigers Friday evening May 30th, then the party and show takes center stage at the T-Mobile Center Saturday night May 31st.
The hosts for Big Slick ’25 will be: Kansas City native and Saturday Night Live cast member Heidi Gardner.
Tipton, Missouri’s David Koechner from “The Office”, “Anchorman” and dozens of other shows and films.
Rob Riggle, from “Holey Moley”, “Fancy Nancy”, and “The Hangover” who grew up in Overland Park.
KU grad Paul Rudd who spent formative years in Lenexa, Ks. is recognizable from “Clueless”, “Anchorman” and in the MCU as “Ant-Man”.
Jason Sudeikis from “Saturday Night Live”, “Ted Lasso” and “Horrible Bosses” also went to Shawnee Mission West High in Overland Park.
“Modern Family” star Eric Stonestreet is a Kansas City, Ks. native was also in “Secret Life of Pets” and “Bad Teacher”.
Many other Missouri and Kansas bright lights from the world of sports and media will make appearances although the official guest list has yet to be unveiled. The 2024 Big Slick saw almost sixty celebs.
