2nd Anniversary of “Mornings with Mark & Sam”

March 1st, 2021 marks the 2nd anniversary of "Mornings with Mark and Sam" on 97.9 KICK-FM.

WOW! It is crazy that we have made it to the two year mark of the "Mornings with Mark and Sam" it feels like just yesterday we started the show, how quickly two years has flown bye! Sam and I want to take this opportunity to just say thank you to all of our loyal listeners, and to the people who may just happen to listen to us once in a blue moon. We have the best jobs in the world, we get to come into work everyday and support our local communities, make each other laugh, and hopefully make your mornings more informative and fun!

This past calendar year has not been easy, there is no guidebook on how to do a morning radio show through a global pandemic, racial unrest, and a heated presidential election, but we have made it through with your support, and focusing on what matters here locally to you our listeners. We also want to give a shoutout to all of our great morning show sponsors who have been with us, we get to do a lot of fun stuff like trivia, sports, and ask questions because of those great sponsors.

I always say "Live and Local" dozens of times each morning during the show, because that is at the core of who we are. We are here with you live every morning in your community doing our best to keep you informed and have some laughs along the way. So thank you to everyone who tunes in, calls, messages us, follows us, and talks to us when we are out in the community! We appreciate you all so much!!!
