It's hard to say goodbye and that includes businesses, too. We asked you not that many moons ago about businesses in Missouri and Illinois that you would love to see make a comeback and your answers were many and interesting.

I can't even recall when we asked you on social media about Hannibal, Missouri or Quincy, Illinois businesses that closed over the years that you'd like to see make a comeback. There were some classic places mentioned.

Businesses close for a multitude of reasons and the past few years has been especially hard on restaurants. There's always the hope that the economy will become favorable where some of these Missouri and Illinois places could find a way to come back from our memories so we could support them again. However, there's a real good chance that's just my nostalgia talking.
