WIU Student Delivers Baby In Dorm Bathroom

Well here's something you don't hear every day.

According to a report by KHQA, a female student at Western Illinois University delivered a baby inside one of the residence hall bathrooms on Thursday morning. The Office of Public Safety received a call alerting them to the situation. Upon arrival, the student was discovered caring for the newborn.

The student and infant were in stable condition and transferred to McDonough District Hospital.
